As individuals we often go through moments of our lives or days where we are lost and lonely. We see ourselves as unworthy or unseen. We feel hopeless and sometimes angry of our state and how we feel the world views us. 

With reflection, creativity, and freedom to express ourselves without judgment from self and others, we are able to grow closer to who we really are deep down and that journey inwards often leads to happiness. 

Fashion is a powerful medium of self expression and we can recognize these moments in ourselves and others —oftentimes through the unspoken words and emotions of color, texture, and shape that we cover ourselves with. We can wield the power that lies in our clothing to help trigger positive self reflection as well as maintain a higher state of mind.
