Language learning game narrative through Architecture

Gamification is proved to have cognitive, motivational, and behavioural learning outcomes.
On the other hand, architecture and space modelling have a significant impact in finding creative ways to create the functions and goals in games, and make them more immersive in their space. The role of architecture in virtual games is not just related to designing environment and landscapes, it is also related to designing the functions and ascension from a stage to another when the avatar is moving or interacting within the game.

The present project is an example of a metaverse designed space for language learning.
The main architectural composition is a shell that contains the games, and is at the same time open to the environment.
The game components are structured through a linear path, where the avatar moves from a stage to another.
The first game is a maze, where the gamer finds different possibilities of different words in each direction of the labyrinth, and when he choses the right word, he is moved towards the right direction, first horizontally in the same slab level, then vertically to the second then third level. Thereafter, the gamer can move to another step, where he enters rigourously under a floating ring with different hanging words and he can choose the right ones. Through the same path, the next level is to jump from different platforms of words.

The final perspective is an opening for ascending to next steps in the game, or also in the environment. The view is intriguing and opening towards an immersive future in the metaverse space.
Also, the games are floating on a wavy reflecting surface, and if you fail, you fall in it.

The space for the game is therefore enveloped within a shell. It looks like a bizarre creature grasping you inside within an unlimited world.
